In the current context of crisis and uncertainty, organizational structures are changing and business processes are more and more decentralized: the rigid top-down organization is abandoned in favor of a new type of hierarchy, based on specialized skills, which implies a need for aggregation and management empowerment. From here, the idea of the author to offer a study of the new executive figure responsibilities and of the legal instrument of delegation, of the powers and functions attribution, both in terms of safety and hygiene at work, both in regarding protection of personal data, to conclude focusing on the recent case law and doctrine on the subject of the manager’s disciplinary dismissal.
