“Seas and drops”: twenty years later
Abstract
The article examines both the diachrony of the process of expansion and enrichment of the system, and possibly, the tendency towards the loss of its essential part in modern Russian. The conclusion discusses the significance of the effect of constructional borrowing for constructional typology.
