Articolo | Il contributo della Linguistica Educativa italiana alla ricerca sui bisogni speciali
Abstract
The present paper provides a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the Italian studies on Special Educational Needs conducted in the field of Educational Linguistics (EL) which are currently included in the Library of Language Education in Italy. Overall, the results show that EL research on special needs is neither a recent phenomenon nor a marginal area of studies. As a consequence, considering that general research on special needs has been promoting an interdisciplinary approach, EL should play a major role when the issues of language learning in educational environments are taken into consideration.
