Abstract
In questo volume, la mediazione interlinguistica e interculturale è declinata rispetto ad un ambito specifico e particolarmente delicato, ovvero quello della tratta di esseri umani. Attraverso l’analisi del contributo dell’educazione linguistica e, in particolare, della comunicazione interculturale per la mediazione e una classificazione articolata di strategie e tecniche di mediazione – esemplificate attraverso casi di mediazione nell’ambito della tratta – il volume fornisce strumenti teorici e operativi ai professionisti del settore. Il volume, coerentemente con gli studi presentati, propone infine una certificazione delle competenze comunicative funzionali all’ulteriore professionalizzazione della figura del mediatore.
