Abstract
This research examines the best practices for promoting gender equality and diversity and inclusion (D&I) in organizations using the employee life cycle (ELC) model. Through a cross-referenced analysis of scientific literature and targeted interviews with Italian companies in different sectors using the case study method, a dashboard of best practices for implementing gender equality along the ELC was created. This tool provides theoretical and practical support for organizations that have not yet implemented a gender equality strategy, as well as for those that have started down this path, helping them to refine their interventions and provide systematic support.
