Governance e architettura istituzionale dell’Hub
Abstract
The chapter defines the institutional architecture of the Mountain Innovation Hub as the organisational infrastructure of a polycentric ecosystem. The proposal combines collaborative governance, intermediary organisations, a steering committee, a technical secretariat, and ecosystem facilitation. The aim is to transform episodic relationships into stable project-building capacity, connecting institutions, businesses, universities, the third sector, and the local community.
