Language as (a Mode of) Experience
Abstract
Are language and experience two distinct domains that ought to be related? In his text and in other venues, Jean-Pierre Cometti aptly insisted how much this question came with arguable assumptions. In this text, I propose to develop some remarks on what it is to experience meanings (Wittgenstein) provided one sees language as a mode of experience (Dewey).
