Abstract
The paper exposes the activities headed or coordinated by the chair of Egyptology in Ca’ Foscari University of Venice: documentation and studies of Egyptology in Veneto, archaeological mission in Sudan (area of Jebel Barkal: Meroitic sector of ancient Napata), epigraphic studies in Egypt (Philae temples) and the Egyptian Turin Museum (coffins, mainly of the Middle Kingdom).
