Volume 37 | Trasparenza e prevenzione della corruzione nel nuovo codice dei contratti pubblici
Abstract
The essays collected in this volume deal with the new Public Contracts Code (legislative decree no. 36/2023) from the perspective of transparency and anti-corruption rules. The essays reconstruct the system of principles defined by the Code and the relationships between them, they examine in particular the principle of trust and how it affects the transparency and accountability of administrations, the impact of the new Code on transparency in public contracts and its rationalisation, the evolution of the conflict of interest regulation, and the improvement of administrative efficiency and capacity as a tool to fight corruption.
