Abstract
Nel volume sono riportati i risultati principali ottenuti dal gruppo di ricerca dell’Università Ca’ Foscari Venezia nel progetto Uni4justice finanziato dal Ministero della Giustizia, al quale hanno partecipato diverse università dell’area “nord est”, oltre a tutte le Corti. Obiettivo generale del progetto è stato quello di sostenere e di implementare, con iniziative di studio e formazione, l’innovazione introdotta con l’istituzione degli addetti all’Ufficio per il Processo (AUPP) negli uffici giudiziari italiani, con l’esplicito sotto-obiettivo di elaborare una riflessione più ampia sullo stato della giustizia italiana, utile a indirizzare interventi futuri. Il contesto è quello del sostegno alle fondamentali riforme collegate al PNRR, richieste dai referenti europei e necessarie per il Paese; tra queste, in particolare, la riduzione dei “tempi della giustizia” e, legato a ciò, il decongestionamento del carico di lavoro, anche per il tramite dello smaltimento dei (troppi) arretrati.
