Brevi note sul tirocinio infermieristico
Abstract
This paper examines the internship phenomenon in the Italian health sector, with a particular attention to the nursing case. An ambivalent situation emerges: on the one hand it represents an important opportunity for professional training, on the other hand the research highlighted situations of exploitation produced by the hiring freeze, the mass unemployment of young nurses, the cuts in health spending.
