Il lavoro degli studenti universitari: analisi di un fenomeno strutturale
Abstract
This article examines the causes, forms and effects of student work in Europe and in Italy, with particular attention to working conditions and relationship between work organisation and student employment. In the context of the great transformations of work in the last few decades, student employment has become a central element in the life of students and the labour market. It involves important issues related to education and training, but also to the world of work and industrial relations, work organisation and workers’ rights. It represents a privileged observatory for the analysis of both the student and youth condition and the new forms of division and organisation of work and the casualisation processes.
