It is the story of a Neapolitan chef who emigrated from Italy and arrived on the shores of the Río de la Plata in 2016. In Punta del Este and in Buenos Aires he founded two restaurants focused on Italian gastronomy with the intention of recovering the flavors that the locals contributed.
