Abstract
This chapter will discuss relational skills that are essential not only to have greater awareness of the possible communication ‘traps’ inherent in intercultural processes but also to enhance functional skills and strategies for having more effective communication with the various actors (users, other operators) involved in mediation sessions or in other professional occasions.
