Abstract
This paper explores strategies and techniques used in intercultural mediation in cases of human trafficking. It highlights the mediator’s role in managing linguistic and cultural complexity, promoting mutual understanding, and supporting victims. Drawing from real cases and theoretical models, it presents a classification of mediation techniques, strategies and tools aimed at improving communication and fostering trust in highly sensitive contexts.
