Caccia e ambiente nella prospettiva delle politiche europee
abstract
The environmental policy of the European Union has always paid attention to the deterioration of natural habitats and to the continuous threats in relation to the survival of many plant and animal species that the European territory hosts. Since the '70s, the European legislator has enacted some important measures in protection of specific environmental components, but also aimed to preserving the integrity of the environment: unfortunately, the Italian Government has implemented this legislation with significant delays. The overall regulatory framework seems to accept a “complex” notion of environment, in which the theme of the hunt is absorbed and finds a protection through the preservation of the environment.
