Abstract
The research has been developed in synergy between the Private Law and Statistics teams of Ca’ Foscari University and in cooperation with the Familial Law Sections of Venetian Courts. The aim is to create a new computer application in Microsoft Excel to help Judges with the determination of child support. This instrument allows to configure the due amounts on the most objective data currently available, published by the National Institute of Statistics.
