dc.description.abstract	Drawing attention to the experiences presented at the 5th National Conference of the SISS, in the session entitled Benessere e disagio sociale: l’attività redistributiva dei servizi di welfare (Health and social disadvantage: the redistributive activity of welfare services), it was possible to describe the best practices sharing logic to redistribute services through a network capable to meet the needs of the citizen, which is inevitably an active part of the process. The essay begins with a brief theoretical consideration on the systems of the welfare state and the crisis of the systems of social redistribution that have characterized the last years.
