Abstract
Brief notes on the reaction of Giuseppe Senes, a priest of Sardinian origin, to Pius X’s condemnation of modernism (encyclical Pascendi, 1907). On a pamphlet Senes sent to Luigi Luzzatto (with a dedication to the Venetian politician and critical remarks against the spread of Buddhism by Formichi) and on an article against encyclical Pascendi.
