Research Article | Typology of Locative in Sentence Structure: Peculiarities of Sentence Modeling
Abstract
Peculiarities of locative in sentence structure with tracking the correlation regularities of its manifestations in surface and underlying sentence structure were considered. In linguistic literature, case-prepositional structures are interpreted relying on various space vectors, identifying as a main object placement and / or its movement relative to relevant landmarks. Locative semantic qualification is based on correlation regularities of nominative and existential principles in the sentence and the establishment of internal locative semantic differentiation. Modeling of sentences with positionally determined locative status in its structure should be based on the reflection of its semantic variability, specificity of its formal expression relying on the semantic typology of predicates, whose main expression in sentences with regular mandatory locative is active-valent verbs.
