L’Italia, paese di invio e ricezione di lavoratori in distacco transnazionale
abstract
Italy is playing a double role in the transnational labour market of postings, operating as a laboratory for some forms of severe labour exploitation in both incoming and outgoing postings. Referring to the findings of the field research carried out under the EU projects Poosh, Con3Post and PowBridge, this chapter presents the main characteristics of the incoming and outgoing postings in Italy and analyses the characteristics of the national labour market and its links on the one hand with a low spread of incoming postings and, on the other hand, with growth in outgoing postings, focusing on the construction sector.
