Abstract
This volume presents research developed within the PNRR CHANGES-CREST project, focusing on strategies and tools for the linguistic and cultural inclusion of migrant communities in the territory of Venice, where the Venetian-Bangladeshi is the largest. Through a participative approach and ethnographic methods, both the syllabi (from PRE-A1 to B1 levels) and the Welcome to Venice web app were developed. Enhancing the Italian learning process and the reachability of the services of the territory aims at including all the participants in the life of the city.
