Abstract
It focuses on the presentation of the web app Welcome to Venice, which has been co-created through a participatory methodology involving groups of Bangladeshi-origin residents and city services in Venice, such as social services, health and social care services, and schools. The contents of the web app will be described, and guidance will be provided on how it can be used and further developed in Italian language courses.
