Abstract
This volume develops a strategic vision for the Borca di Cadore Mountain Innovation Hub as an enabling infrastructure for the metro-mountain. Combining territorial analysis and applied research, it explores how social infrastructure, welfare, coworking and collaborative governance can foster new relationships between urban and mountain areas. Building on local heritage and resources, it proposes a place-based model integrating innovation, work, community life and territorial regeneration. The Hub emerges as a catalyst for sustainable development, local empowerment and new ways of inhabiting mountain regions.
