Infrastrutture sociali e welfare
Abstract
The chapter interprets social infrastructure as an organised capacity to foster relationships, services, and collective life, going beyond the mere provision of spaces and services. With reference to inland and mountainous areas, it explores territorial citizenship, generative welfare, the integration of new residents, and cultural welfare. Cadore emerges as a laboratory for integrating essential services, community networks, and social innovation.
