dc.description.abstract	The health systems of European countries have been interested by a lot of changing processes that have taken different characteristics in the single countries. The changing pro- cess hasn't been linear but characterized by reforms and counter reforms. The demographic, socio-economic and epidemiological changings need to a structural change, able to move the focus of the health system from the hospital to the community care. The keywords of this new change are: care focused on the person, coordination and integration of different professionals, the work with and within the community. These issues are influencing the development of the social innovation in the local health systems.

abstract

The health systems of European countries have been interested by a lot of changing processes that have taken different characteristics in the single countries. The changing pro- cess hasn't been linear but characterized by reforms and counter reforms.
