Abstract

The chapter develops an integrative perspective that connects performativity, temporality, and assembly theory. The framework explores how economic models, algorithms, and organizational solutions actively shape organizational and institutional change. It argues that organizational outcomes arise from temporally coordinated assemblages, offering a framework for better understanding and more effective organizational design in contexts of growing complexity and algorithmic computation.
