Suggestioni properziane nel congedo di Ovidio dall’elegia (am. 3.12)

Abstract

The analysis of some significant passages of Ov. Am. 3.12 enables us to highlight the innumerable relationships among the Propertian memories present in the poem and to find the analogies that clarify the complex allusive mechanism contained in the text; the intent is also to demonstrate the importance of this elegy in the context of Ovid’s farewell cycle (love for the woman and the poetry that derives from it).
