Abstract
At the beginning of the 1630s in Venice the brothers Nicolini da Sabbio (Giovanni Antonio, Stefano and Pietro) with the bookseller Juan Bautista Pederzano, printed various editions of books in Castilian including: Carcel de amor (1531), Tragicomedia de Calisto y Melibea (1531 y 1534), Libro aureo de Marco Aurelio (1532), Question de amor (1533), Amadis de Gaula (1533), Primaleon (1534) and Segunda Celestina (1536). This relevant corpus will be studied from the point of view of the history of the Spanish books in Italy and in Europe as well as within the framework of relations between Venetian printers and booksellers of the time.
